The Couplemate™ Trailer Receivers are one of the last trailer hitches on the market to be Australian-made. The receiver shanks are cast in Sydney, drilled and machined in our Brisbane warehouse.
What is a Tow Bar Receiver Hitch?
Your tow ball receiver is the bar in your tow vehicle and connects to your trailer coupling, usually by a tow ball or a tow pin.
Hitches are designed with different towing capacities, making choosing the right one based on your requirements crucial. Ensure that your trailer weight is not higher than your towbar rating (e.g., if your tow rating is 3.5t, then the rating of your hitch must also be 3.5t).
